Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries sliced
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries
  • ½ cup granola
  • 1 medium banana sliced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons chopped almonds
  • 1 tablespoon shredded coconut

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt

  • Place the Greek yogurt in a mixing bowl. Add the vanilla extract and one tablespoon of honey. Stir gently until the yogurt becomes smooth and evenly flavored.

Prepare the Fruit

  • Wash the strawberries and blueberries thoroughly. Slice the strawberries and banana into bite-sized pieces. Pat the berries dry so excess water does not make the parfait layers soggy.

Start the First Layer

  • Place a few spoonfuls of yogurt into each serving glass. Spread it gently across the bottom. Keep the layer even so the finished parfait looks neat and colorful.

Add Fresh Fruit

  • Add a layer of strawberries, blueberries, and banana over the yogurt. Use small pieces so every spoonful contains a nice mixture of fruit and creamy yogurt.

Add Granola

  • Sprinkle granola over the fruit layer. Keep the granola slightly away from the glass edges when possible. This helps create clear and attractive layers.

Repeat the Layers

  • Add another layer of yogurt, followed by more fruit and granola. Repeat until the glasses are almost full. Leave a little space for the final toppings.

Add the Toppings

  • Top each parfait with chopped almonds and shredded coconut. Drizzle the remaining honey over the top. Add a few whole berries for a beautiful finishing touch.

Serve Immediately

  • Serve the parfaits right away for the best granola texture. If preparing them ahead, keep the granola separate until serving. This keeps every layer crunchy and fresh.

Notes

  • Use thick Greek yogurt for creamy layers.
  • Choose plain yogurt if you prefer less sweetness.
  • Use fresh seasonal fruit for better flavor.
  • Add granola just before serving for extra crunch.
  • Try raspberries instead of strawberries.
  • Add peaches during summer.
  • Use chopped walnuts instead of almonds.
  • Add chia seeds for extra texture.
  • Use maple syrup instead of honey.
  • Add cinnamon for a warm flavor.
  • Try coconut yogurt for a dairy-free version.
  • Use homemade granola for extra control over ingredients.
