  • 2 cups frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 banana peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup coconut milk full-fat
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp honey optional
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • Toasted coconut for garnish
  • Pineapple wedge for serving

  • Prep Banana
  • Peel ripe banana. Slice into 1-inch chunks for easy blending.
  • Add Liquids First
  • Pour coconut milk and orange juice into blender base.
  • Add Yogurt
  • Spoon Greek yogurt directly over liquid ingredients.
  • Add Sweetener
  • Drizzle honey and vanilla extract into blender.
  • Layer Banana
  • Place banana slices on top of liquid ingredients.
  • Add Frozen Fruit
  • Pile frozen mango and pineapple chunks last.
  • Blend Smoothly
  • Start low speed then increase to high. Blend 60 seconds.
  • Check Texture
  • Stop blender. Check for thick smooth consistency.
  • Adjust Thickness
  • Add splash orange juice if needed. Blend briefly.
  • Taste Test
  • Sample smoothie. Sweeten with extra honey if desired.
  • Pour Carefully
