- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 jar 24 oz pasta sauce
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Mix Cheese Filling
Blend ricotta, half mozzarella, Parmesan, eggs, parsley, salt, pepper.
