Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh lemon juice 8-10 lemons
  • 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
  • 6 cups cold water
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • Ice cubes lots!
  • Lemon slices for garnish
  • Optional: 1 tbsp honey

Instructions
 

Juice the Lemons

  • Roll lemons firmly. Cut in half. Juice until you get 1 1/2 cups. Strain pulp.

Dissolve the Sugar

  • In pitcher, add sugar and 1 cup hot water. Stir until fully dissolved. No grains.

Add Lemon Juice

  • Pour fresh lemon juice into sugar mix. Stir gently to combine flavors.

Mix in Water and Salt

  • Add remaining 5 cups cold water. Sprinkle sea salt. Whisk until blended.

Taste and Adjust

  • Sip a small taste. Add more sugar if tart. Or water if strong.

Chill It Down

  • Add ice cubes generously. Stir once more. Garnish with lemon slices.

Serve Immediately
