Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 teaspoons yeast
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup chopped black olives
  • 1/2 cup chopped green olives
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions
 

Activate the Yeast

  • Mix warm water, yeast, and sugar in a bowl. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy. This shows the yeast is active and ready.

Make the Dough

  • Add flour, salt, and olive oil into the yeast mixture. Mix until a soft dough forms. Knead it for 5–7 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Add the Olives

  • Add chopped black and green olives into the dough. Mix gently so olives spread evenly without breaking the dough structure.

First Rise

  • Place the dough in a bowl. Cover it and let it rest for 1 hour. It should double in size and become fluffy.

Shape the Bread

  • Take the dough out and shape it into a loaf. Place it on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Add Seasoning

Second Rise
