Ingredients
  

  • 4 lbs pork baby back ribs 2 racks
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne optional
  • 2 cups BBQ sauce your favorite
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce optional

Instructions
 

Prep the Ribs

  • Remove silver skin membrane from ribs. Pat dry with paper towels. Cutting board works best. Takes 5 minutes per rack. Clean ribs stick to seasoning.

Make the Rub

  • Mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, chili powder, cayenne in bowl. Rub all over ribs generously. Both sides coated. Press in seasoning.

Crock Pot Magic

  • Place ribs in crock pot standing up or coiled. No liquid needed. Meat creates own juice. Lid on tight. Low for 6-8 hours. Walk away happy.

Make BBQ Sauce

  • Mix BBQ sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire, hot sauce in bowl. Stir well. Set aside half for serving. Tangy sweet ready. Ree's signature taste.
