  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 3 garlic cloves grated
  • 2 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

Prep the Garlic

  • Grate garlic cloves finely. Or mince very small. Mash with salt into paste.

Melt the Butter

  • Microwave butter 20-30 seconds until liquid. Watch it closely. No boiling.

Mix the Base
