Ingredients

Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Filling:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream chilled
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

Topping:

  • 1 cup heavy cream for whipping
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • Shaved chocolate or nuts for garnish

Instructions

Make the Crust

  • Mix graham crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press firmly into pie dish bottom and sides. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes. Cool completely.

Soften the Butter

  • Beat softened butter in large bowl until creamy. Add powdered sugar slowly. Mix on medium until fluffy and light. Scrape sides often.

Add Cream Cheese

  • Beat in cream cheese until smooth. No lumps allowed. Stir in sour cream and vanilla. Blend for 2 minutes until velvety.

Whip the Cream

  • In separate bowl, whip chilled heavy cream to stiff peaks. Fold gently into butter mixture. Use spatula for even mix. Keep it airy.

Fill the Pie

  • Spoon filling into cooled crust. Smooth top with spatula. Cover with plastic wrap. Chill in fridge for 3-4 hours.

Add Topping and Serve

  • Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar. Spread or pipe on pie. Garnish with chocolate shavings. Slice and enjoy cold!

Notes

  • Use room-temp butter for smoothest filling. Cold chunks ruin texture.
  • Chill bowl before whipping cream. Peaks form faster and better.
  • Add espresso powder to filling for coffee twist. Adults love it.
  • Make mini pies in muffin tins. Great for parties.
  • Swap graham for chocolate cookies. Deeper flavor boost.
  • Vegan version: Use coconut cream and vegan butter. Tastes rich.
