Instructions
 

Puree the Raspberries

  • Rinse fresh raspberries gently. Add to blender with ¼ cup water. Blend smooth. Pour through fine sieve over bowl. Press pulp firmly. Discard seeds. Get 1 ½ cups vibrant juice. Pure fruit base ready.

Bloom Gelatin Properly

  • Measure ¾ cup cold water in small bowl. Sprinkle gelatin evenly over surface. Don't stir. Let bloom 10 minutes. Looks wrinkly. Essential for smooth gummies. Patience pays off here.
