- 400 ml chicken stock
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 red bell pepper sliced
- 150 g mushrooms sliced
- 1 carrot peeled and thinly sliced
- 100 ml coconut milk for creaminess
- 2 spring onions chopped, for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
