Ingredients
  

  • 2 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 1 tomato sliced
  • 4 cheese slices
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup

Instructions
 

1.Prepare the Chicken Marinade

  • Place chicken breasts in a bowl. Add olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, chili powder and lemon juice. Mix well so every piece is coated. Let it rest for at least 15 minutes for better flavor.

2.Preheat the Grill

  • Heat your grill pan or outdoor grill on medium-high heat. Lightly oil the surface to prevent sticking. Make sure the grill is hot before placing the chicken for a nice sear and smoky taste.

3.Grill the Chicken

  • Place chicken on the hot grill. Cook each side for about 5 to 7 minutes. Press lightly to get grill marks. Check that chicken is fully cooked and juices run clear before removing.

4.Add Cheese on Top
