Ingredients
  

  • Rolled oats – 3 cups
  • Almonds chopped – ½ cup
  • Walnuts chopped – ½ cup
  • Pumpkin seeds – ¼ cup
  • Chia seeds – 2 tablespoons
  • Coconut oil melted – 3 tablespoons
  • Honey or maple syrup – ¼ cup
  • Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon powder – ½ teaspoon
  • Salt – ¼ teaspoon
  • Dried cranberries – ⅓ cup

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven

  • Preheat oven to 170°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Mix Dry Ingredients

  • Add oats, nuts, seeds, cinnamon, and salt into a large bowl. Mix gently.

Add Wet Ingredients

  • Pour melted coconut oil, honey, and vanilla over the mixture. Stir until evenly coated.

Spread on Tray

  • Spread granola mixture evenly on the baking tray. Press lightly for chunky texture.

Bake Until Golden

  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Stir once halfway for even browning.

Cool Completely

  • Remove tray and let granola cool fully. It becomes crunchier as it cools.

Add Dried Fruit

  • Mix dried cranberries after cooling. Store or serve immediately.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight jar.
  • Keep at room temperature.
  • Stays fresh for two weeks.
  • Do not refrigerate.
  • No reheating needed.
