- 500 g boneless chicken breast thin sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 6 soft flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup diced tomatoes
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp taco sauce
Season the Chicken
Place chicken slices in a bowl. Add olive oil, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, pepper and lime juice. Mix everything well and let the chicken rest for about ten minutes.
