Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked macaroni pasta

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour for coating

Cook the Mac and Cheese Base
