Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce like sriracha or harissa
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Optional: 2 tbsp crumbled feta

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven

  • Heat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line sheet with parchment. Pat broccoli dry.

Make Fiery Sauce

  • Mix hot sauce, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Stir well.

Toss Broccoli

  • Drizzle broccoli with olive oil. Add half the fiery sauce. Toss to coat evenly.

Roast Broccoli

  • Spread florets on sheet in single layer. Roast 18-20 minutes until crispy and charred.

Finish and Serve

  • Toss hot broccoli with remaining sauce. Sprinkle feta if using. Serve warm!
