Ingredients
  

  • 2 large chicken breasts halved
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ cup cooking oil

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken

  • Slice chicken breasts into thin pieces. Place them between plastic sheets. Gently pound until even thickness. Season both sides with salt, pepper and garlic powder. This step helps the chicken cook evenly and stay juicy inside.

Set Up Breading Station

  • Take three bowls. Add flour in the first bowl. Beat eggs in the second bowl. Mix breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese in the third bowl. This setup makes coating the chicken quick and clean.

Coat the Chicken

  • Dip each chicken piece in flour first. Then coat it in egg. Finally, press it into breadcrumb mixture. Make sure each piece is fully covered. This creates a crispy outer layer.

Fry Until Golden

  • Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add chicken carefully. Fry each side for 3–4 minutes. Cook until golden brown and crispy. Remove and place on paper towel to absorb extra oil.
