Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika

Instructions

Make Special Sauce

  • Mix mayo, ketchup, mustard, relish, vinegar, sugar, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika. Stir smooth. Chill.

Cook Ground Beef

  • Heat skillet over medium-high. Add ground beef, salt, and pepper. Break up meat. Cook until browned. Drain fat.

Prep Veggies

  • Shred lettuce fine. Dice onion small. Slice tomato thin. Set pickles ready. Shred cheese if needed.

Warm Tortillas

  • Heat tortillas in microwave 20 seconds or skillet 30 seconds each. Keeps them flexible.

Layer Bottom Half

  • Spread 1 tbsp special sauce on bottom half of tortilla. Add 2 tbsp cooked beef. Sprinkle cheese.

Add Classic Fillings

  • Layer shredded lettuce, diced onion, 2 pickle slices, tomato slice. Drizzle more sauce.

Fold Like Burrito

  • Fold bottom up over filling. Fold sides in tight. Roll forward firmly. Wrap in foil.

Repeat and Serve

  • Make remaining wraps. Serve immediately. Or keep warm in 200°F oven briefly.

Notes

  • Drain beef fat well—greasy wraps sad.
  • Chill sauce 30 minutes—flavors meld.
  • Warm tortillas prevent tearing.
  • Double beef for heartier wraps.
  • Swap cheddar for American cheese slices.
  • Make breakfast version with sausage.
  • Spicy: Add sriracha to sauce.
  • Low-carb: Use lettuce leaves instead.
