Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans 14 oz total pink salmon (drained, bones removed)
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill or 1 tsp dried
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper for color

Instructions
 

Drain and Flake Salmon

  • Open cans. Drain liquid well. Pick out bones and skin. Flake salmon with a fork in a bowl. Breaks into perfect chunks. Takes 2 minutes.

Mix Patty Ingredients

  • Add egg, mayo, mustard, lemon juice, onion, dill, garlic powder, salt, pepper. Sprinkle breadcrumbs. Mix gently with fork. Don't overmix. Forms 8 small patties.

Shape the Patties

  • Wet hands lightly. Shape mixture into 8 round patties. About 1/2-inch thick. Place on plate. Chill 5 minutes if soft. Helps them hold shape.

Prep Air Fryer

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes. Line basket with parchment or spray oil lightly. No sticking worries. Ready for crisp magic.

Air Fry to Perfection

  • Place patties in single layer. No overlap. Air fry 5 minutes. Flip carefully. Fry 4-5 more minutes. Golden and crispy. Hot and ready!
